This is a role is a permanent full time position and hours of work will be 40 hours a week working Monday to Friday.The successful candidate will work alongside a variety of healthcare professionals as part of multidisciplinary teams in a variety of settings, and may include inpatient care with some outreach clinics as required to ensure consistent, comprehensive care and better health outcomes for individuals and their whanau.

The position is expected to provide services to where the need is required across the MidCentral district.
