LEES (Limitless Electrical and Energy Solutions) is expanding, and we’re looking for a confident, capable Office Administrator / PA to the Director to join our friendly and professional team. We’re one of Dunedin’s leading electrical and solar providers, known for high standards, great service, and a genuine team spirit.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ad-hoc admin tasks to support the Managing Director and Office Manager
  • Loading jobs onto software, scheduling work with customers and employees
  • General office duties: filing, document management, supplier accounts
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Supplier and customer communication (invoice queries etc.)
  • Supporting payroll data collation and leave tracking
  • General administrative duties (filing, emails, data entry, document preparation)
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Answering phone calls and handling enquiries

What we’re looking for:

  • Office admin experience Preferable
  • Confident with accounting software (Xero)
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and within a team
