Casual Water Serviceperson
We have a casual opportunity available for a Water Serviceperson based in Murchison. This role involves assisting with routine maintenance and various other maintenance tasks.

**Te Kowhiringa | The Opportunity**
The role involves assessing leaks, blockages, and malfunctions in the Murchison Water and Wastewater systems and treatment plants, including setting up emergency generators on time. It also includes assisting with repairs and performing routine maintenance on 3 Waters assets, all in accordance with contract requirements and Downer's procedures.Additional tasks in the region may be required as needed.
**Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
You will have a great attitude, be reliable and hardworking and will bring with you:
- Qualification and/or experience in the operation of water and drainage treatment and reticulation systems is beneficial
- Knowledge of urban and rural water supply and drainage reticulation systems is advantageous
- Experience in using Weedwhackers and Push Mowers
- Technical literacy is mandatory
- A full class one Driver's license and ability to drive a manual. Class 2 would be an advantage.
