About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team based at Tauranga Hospital. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 80 hours per fortnight. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is interested in Recruitment, HR Administration and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The role will support the team through effective administration/coordination of customer and client contact points. This is a vital role in the recruitment process and will assist with the development and processing of support documentation. Additional core duties:Manage the Recruitment and Careers inboxes, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and ensuring that messages are passed to the relevant partiesSupporting the Talent Acquisition Advisors with general administrative dutiesSet up and coordination of interviews (supporting the hiring manager and candidate)Data input and invoice managementAssist with the uploading of advertisements and candidates when requiredSupport the Recruitment Team Lead About the LocationHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne.
