Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same? We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team in a multi-faceted position that blends reception, accounts administration and property management support.

About the Role

This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients, while also providing essential support to our finance and property teams. Duties will include:

• Reception & Administration – answering calls, greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and general administration.
• Accounts Support – assisting with data entry and reconciliations.
• Property Management Support – assisting our Tenancies Manager with day-to-day operations for our long-term and short-term rentals.
• Cleaning & Presentation – helping ensure our offices and short-term rentals are presented to the highest standard. This includes full cleans upon guest or tenant vacating, replenishing and re-stocking essentials, general cleaning, and undertaking laundry. A strong focus on detail and pride in presentation will help create an exceptional experience for both our staff and guests.

• Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Comfortable with numbers and detail-oriented when it comes to accounts.
• Practical and hands-on, with a pride in presentation and an eye for detail.
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys variety in their day.
• Able to commit to working 10.00am – 2.00pm, 5 days a week including school holidays.
