We’re on the hunt for experienced people who not only love delivering epic customer experiences but also see themselves growing into Duty Manager and/or Operations Manager roles in the near future.

But you’ll also be developing leadership skills — mentoring junior crew, supporting Duty Managers, and being trusted to step up when it counts.

This is a full-time role starting immediately, with full training and a real investment in your career development.

• Full NZ Drivers Licence
• Strong adventure tourism or hospitality experience
• Leadership attitude — a natural motivator and role model
• A cool head under pressure, with strong decision-making skills
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors all day
• Professional, positive, and ready to be part of an epic team

• Pathway to Duty Manager and Operations Manager roles (with training to match)
• Leadership skills development across H&S, customer service, and team management
• Additional per hour pay for weekend shifts (once training is complete)
