About the Role:

We’re looking for a Qualified Builder with a solid work ethic, honest, reliable, punctual with a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with the owner on a variety of projects across the Waikato region along with subcontractors. This role offers the opportunity to grow with a business that’s focused on long-term stability, quality over quantity, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of building tasks, including (but not limited to) site setup, framing, cladding and finishing
Read and interpret building plans and specifications
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and health & safety compliance
Maintain a high standard of presentation and hygiene
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed
Supervise and guide apprentices or labourers if required
Support the team in managing job timelines and project outcomes

What we're looking for:

NZ Qualified Builder or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience
Competent across all aspects of building
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and confidently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Full NZ driver’s licence
