Personal assistant / administrator wanted
We are a fast-growing retail business group operating multiple businesses across New Zealand, including 9 liquor stores and 2 supermarkets, with further supermarket expansions currently underway.
Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to work closely with a busy director and assist with day-to-day operations across multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing calendars, appointments, and schedulesWriting and responding to professional emails
General administrative and office support
Assisting with accounting and financial admin
Xero data entry and invoice management
Preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and reports
Coordinating Zoom meetings and follow-ups
Liaising with suppliers, staff, and external stakeholders
Assisting with various business and personal assistant duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
Previous PA, administration, or office experience preferredExperience using Xero is essential
Strong Excel and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional, proactive, and trustworthy attitude
