Plastering Worker

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in plastering or similar field in construction
• Good knowledge of plastering materials, tools, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret job plans and blueprints
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
• Mixing plastering materials to the desired consistency
• Applying coats of plaster using hand tools and mechanical sprayers
• Smoothing and finishing surfaces to required standards
• Repairing existing plasterwork on residential and commercial properties
• Erecting scaffolding or ladders as necessary
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and workspaces

• This is a full-time and permanent position
• Wage payment is $30–$35 per hour (depending on experience) and you will be paid weekly
• You will work 5 - 6 days each week with a guarantee of 30 hours (a maximum of 48 hours)
• Holiday pay and sick leave will be paid according to the law
• Employer provides all tools, safety gear, and equipment required to perform plastering tasks.
