Wyld Raglan is a very busy Raglan eatery and bar.
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team.
The role is a minimum 30 hrs per week, with a maximum 50 hrs per week.
Regular weekend work.
Ensuring the premises complies at all times and with all conditions of the alcohol license and the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
Implementing and ensuring host responsibility principles of WYLD are upheld by all staff.
Operational management of shifts and working with the team to ensure service standards are met.
Providing a great customer experience to everyone that steps into WYLD.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Current duty manager's license.
1 year experience in a similar role.Strong communication and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of NZ alcohol legislation and host responsibility requirements.
