About the Role
You’ll operate roofing roll formers, flashing folders, and other machinery to make roofing products and accessories. You’ll also help with general factory and warehouse duties. 47 hours per week (Mon to Thursday 7 - 5pm, Friday 7 - 4pm)
What you will do- Manufacture roofing materials and roofing accessories to required specifications
- Operate roofing roll formers, flashing folders, and other sheetmetal machinery
- Read and follow job sheets, production instructions, and measurements
- Measure, cut, fold, and process materials accurately
- Assist with loading delivery vehicles when required
- Complete basic administrative and production paperwork as needed
- Carry out general factory and warehouse duties including tidying, sweeping, and cleaning equipment
- Manufacturing / factory experience
- Machine operating experience
- Ability to read job sheets and measurements
- Material measuring, cutting, folding, and processing
- Forklift or gantry crane experience as an advantage
- Full NZ driver licence
