Coffee Culture Homebase – Opening late July 2026!

Coffee Culture is proudly NZ-owned with 20+ coffee shops nationwide, known for great coffee and genuine hospitality in warm, welcoming spaces where locals can connect.

We’re now looking for well-presented, energetic, and hardworking people to join our team as we prepare to open our Homebase store located on Marshland Road, Shirley.

Both part-time (8+ hours per week) and full-time (32+ hours per week) roles are available.

At Coffee Culture, we serve great coffee fast, with genuine hospitality. You’ll need to be a quick learner, thrive in a busy environment, and be flexible to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends.

Hospitality or customer service experience is essential, and coffee experience is an advantage.

We offer a fun, fast-paced environment with full training and strong development opportunities for people who show passion and commitment.
