Note Preparation and Administration Support Clinical RecordsPermanent, full-time (40 hours per week)An opportunity has become available for a self-motivated and highly-organised administration professional to support essential healthcare to our Lakes community as part of the Clinical Records Note Preparation Team.Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleThe Notes Preparation role is responsible for ensuring the availability of accurate and complete electronic documentation, patient records and supporting documentation for specialist outpatient clinics.

Other key objectives include liaison with clinical staff, responding to information requests, and filing and collating clinical information, both electronic and paper.
