Digger Operator – Earthworks & Siteworks

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Digger Operator to join our earthworks and siteworks clients team. If you take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a skilled crew, this could be the role for you.

• You’ll be involved in a variety of civil and construction projects, including:
• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Site cuts, trenching, and backfilling
• Drainage and foundation preparation
• Operating excavators safely and efficiently
• Assisting with general site duties when required

• Proven experience operating diggers/excavators on civil or construction sites
• Competent with machine operation in tight or detailed environments
• Class 1 Full & Valid WTR licence preferred
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in
