Customer Service Representatives - Full time role for night shifts at Z Kennedy Rd in Napier. 10pm-6am

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who thrive in a busy customer focused retail environment at Z Kennedy Rd in Napier. The role is all about providing awesome customer service, along with - making the best coffee, getting bakes in the oven for our hungry customers, re-stocking and cleaning the store.

• Day shifts: we make sure we have the period from 6am - 2pm and 2pm to 10pm covered. Focus is on providing the best customer service during our busier times of the day.
• Night shifts: Enjoy the independence of sole charge and working from 10pm to 6am. The focus is on customer service and preparing the shop for the next day.
• Are you customer and results focused.
• Do you have an eye for detail and maintain best practices.
• Be physically fit and healthy.
• Promote excellent Health & Safety practices.
