You'll be joining a largemultidisciplinary team who are passionate about the health and wellbeing of ourcommunity.
We're a supportive collegial team who are committed to continuedprofessional development.Asthis is a casual opportunity, there are no set days and hours associated withthis role.

You'll provide crucial support to our team during busy periods andprovide cover during periods of staff leave, so your flexibility to work acrossteams and services will be highly valued.In this role, youwill be responsible for:Providingphysiotherapy support to existing staff to meet the demands of increasedpatient loads in all areas of olderperson's rehabilitation including surgical and spinalCarrying out effective patient assessment, evaluation and treatments inaccordance with policies, procedures and standards of practiceFormulatingtreatment interventions to meet individual needs in collaboration with thewider multi-disciplinary teamEffectivecommunication with other members of the physiotherapy team and appropriatedelegation to our therapy assistantsAbout YouYou will be a new Zealand Registered Physiotherapist with a current APC, who has the ability to hit the ground running in this casual vacancy.

You will also demonstrate the following: Theability to hit the ground running with the energy and passion to deliver a highstandard of care to patientsTheability to develop a close working relationship with physiotherapy assistantsand the wider physiotherapy teamFlexibilityand adaptability to work in any of our rehabilitation areas Minimum 5 years clinical experience in a hospital environment Itis essential that you are a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist with acurrent practicing certificate to be considered for this roleYouwill either be an existing ENABLE assessor or eligible for registrationAs this role is a casual position you must hold full working rights in New Zealand to be eligible for this position.
