We need a Storeperson / Trade Sales professional, with a passion for trade sales and personal success, to join our fun and supportive Hastings team.Full training and support provided to successful applicants with the right attitude.

- Ability to identify sales opportunities to our existing trade clients and attract new trade clients is vital.
- Accuracy and great attention to detail is important.
- Being physically fit/strong is desirable as the role includes heavy lifting and manual loading/offloading of vehicles.
- The capacity to think about, engage and lead the conversation.
- Being organised and a problem-solver.
- Capable of building relationships and trust with all people in the business.
- Being an effective communicator with great communication skills - written & verbal.
- Computer literacy and a quick uptake on systems.
- A willingness to learn, progress and succeed!
To be successful you will need a forklift licence or must be willing to obtain one ASAP (we will support you in gaining this).
Key Responsibilities:- Championing trade sales for the branch and occasionally floor sales.
- Procuring new trade relationships and growing existing ones.
- Inwards/outwards goods processes.
- Completing stock counts/investigations.
- Monitoring stock levels and placing re orders.
- Assisting with showroom sales as required from time to time.
- Adhering to the Health & Safety policy and procedures.
This is a Full Time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm.
