We are looking for a **Permanent Part-TimeCatering Assistant** to work at our site in **Whanganui Hospital.** Work a minimum of **20 hours** per week. It will be Friday to Tuesday Evening Shift.
**Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:**- Ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction through the provision of meals and beverages to our patients.
- You will be taking exceptional care of people by enhancing the overall dining experience while performing patient meal service.
- This includes menu selection, tray assembly and delivery, general kitchen cleaning and temperature monitoring.
- Experience in health care environment desirable but not required.
- Delivering meals to patients in the wards

- You will have strong verbal communication, reading and writing abilities, be able to interact with patients and staff congenially.
- Ideally you will already have some experience working in a similar role and have great customer service skills.
