Hours of work Saturday 9am-1pm, Sunday 7am-3pm, Monday 6am-3pm.
More hours may be available covering leave and sickness on the other shift or assisting as assistant chef on the other chef.
Must take pride in delivering quality food and keeping a clean and organised kitchen.Must be able to run a kitchen sole charge.
Pay dependent on ability and experience.
