Accommodation Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accommodation Manager to oversee all aspects of guest accommodation, staff housing, housekeeping, and related administrative functions.

The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high cleanliness standards, manage staff accommodation efficiently, and support smooth daily hotel and air bnb operations.

Key Responsibilities: Guest Accommodation Management

Oversee daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and room allocations.
Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

Maintain high guest satisfaction standards.

Housekeeping & Cleaning Oversight
Supervise housekeeping team and cleaning schedules.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Manage linen inventory, laundry operations, and cleaning supplies.

Maintain quality control and cleanliness standards at all times.

Staff Accommodation Management
Manage staff housing allocations and maintain accurate records.
Ensure staff accommodation is clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs as required.

Enforce accommodation policies and standards.

Administration & Reporting

Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs.

Coordinate staff scheduling and approve timesheets
Support recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.

Maintain accurate inventory and documentation records.

Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
