Description
Are you an experienced builder/foreman looking for a new opportunity in the building industry? We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team! As a building foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion.Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating various activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. You will have the chance to work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations
- Assist in the planning and execution of schedules
- Assist with custom tailoring quotes to meet client's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports and change orders
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and our in-house teams
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the process
- Proven experience as a builder/foreman or in a similar role in the industry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision would be a plus
- Valid driver's licence required
- Some travel may be required at times, so you need to be flexible
- Supply of all personal safety equipment
