**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform general labouring duties including site clean-up, material handling, and assisting tradespeople.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Previous labouring experience is a plus but not essential.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
