About the RoleThe key purpose of the role is to effectively contribute to the smooth running of the Mental Health Administration Service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.
To primarily maintain and complete the privacy requests into this Service by copying, reading and releasing notes in conjunction with all Privacy legislation that is in place at the time.You will be responsible for:Provide timely and accurate confidential administrative support to enable the efficient functioning of the service.Providing efficient and timely administrative support functions that is responsible and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by listening and interacting with stakeholders in a courteous, polite and responsive manna while adhering to relevant established protocols.Ensure advice, information and education regarding uncomplicated health information privacy matters are provided for Health NZ staff as required.Creating correct information to enable the invoicing to ACC for health information provided.
