EQUIP Recruitment are looking for experienced and qualified builders for casual full-time roles across the Wellington region. You'll work across a mix of residential, commercial and restoration projects - ideal for confident builders ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- General building tasks including framing, cladding, finishing and site preparation
- Interpreting and working from plans and specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite
- Working collaboratively with other trades and site supervisors
What We're Looking For:
- NZ Qualified Builder (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Restoration experience is a bonus
- Must have own basic tools and reliable transport
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
