We’re seeking passionate receptionists to join our dedicated clerical team in the Emergency Department (ED) at Waikato Hospital.Key responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, customer-focused reception services.Accurately verify and input vital patient information.Liaise effectively with patients, whānau, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.Collaborate with ED clinical and clerical staff to ensure seamless operations.Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support ongoing quality improvements.
