We are seeking skilled and experienced Earthworks Machine Operators to join our team on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery and a proven track record in earthworks projects.

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders for earthmoving activities.
• Execute tasks according to project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machine operation.

• Proven experience as an Earthworks Machine Operator.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certification or license for machine operation.

• Familiarity with GPS and laser guidance systems.
• Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
