You’ll be responsible for:- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles
- Leading jobs and mentoring junior staff
- Performing WOF inspections
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Using diagnostic tools and staying up to date with modern systems
- Trade qualification (Level 4 or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ workshop experience
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
- WOF certification (or willing to obtain asap)
- A strong work ethic and team attitude
- A high standard of workmanship and pride in your role
