We’re Ultimate Builders, a residential building company delivering quality homes across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Canterbury. We’re looking for a people-focused communicator with marketing know-how to step into this key role.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients throughout their building journey, while also coordinating our in-house marketing efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:- Being the main point of contact for clients, including weekly updates during construction.
- Attending client walkthroughs, site meetings and arranging handovers
- Coordinating after-sales maintenance communication.
- Managing our organic social media channels and coordinating events.
- Bringing our house and land packages to life across every platform — from Trade Me and our website to social media and on-site signage
- Liaising with our external marketing agency
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:- Professional, approachable, and confident communicating with clients.
- Organised, with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in marketing coordination and comfortable with digital platforms (social media, websites, listings).
- A natural relationship-builder who can balance client care with marketing activity.
- Be part of a growing, supportive team in Putaruru.
- Work across both client experience and marketing — no two days are the same.
- Play a key role in shaping how our clients and communities experience Ultimate Builders.
