Customer Sales Representative

We’re a locally operated Hertz franchise serving Gisborne and the East Coast, and we’re seeking a customer-focused, high-performing Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role, with approximately 15 hours per week (or flexible by mutual agreement).

• About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers while also assisting with the presentation and upkeep of our fleet vehicles.

• Providing a welcoming, helpful customer experience at every touchpoint
• Completing rental and return transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promoting rental options and services tailored to customer needs
• Resolving customer queries or concerns with professionalism
• Supporting vehicle reservations and related administrative tasks
• Assisting the team with vehicle cleaning and grooming duties as needed

• Reliable and flexible, with availability for some weekend and public holiday shifts
• Ideally experienced in customer service or sales (though not essential)
• In possession of a full, current NZ driver’s licence
