You get full independence of your hours, it may be your side hustle or your main income. Have your holidays, work around the children and make it work for you and your goals.

Motivated to build a business and disciplined to be self-driving
Available some evenings/weekends (ideal, not essential)

Backgrounds in beauty, health, sales, or customer service are helpful — but attitude matters more than experience.
