Qualified Builder - Senior Role

We’re looking for a qualified builder who’s not just good on the tools — but proud to leave every home better than they found it.

At Manzis Build, we’re a values-led construction company with a down-to-earth team that takes pride in quality work and building strong relationships while enjoying what we do.

Most of our projects are completely managed by our team from start to finish, so we are looking for someone with strong experience, capability and a friendly attitude to support our operations and delivery.

Our services cover Hawke's Bay with work predominantly in the Hastings / Napier areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years proven building experience, including competence in renovations
• Ready to get hands-on and have own basic tools
• Strong leadership and a team player to support project delivery and managing subtrades
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - this is a must!
• Contribution to health and safety processes
• Great with human interaction. This is a client facing role.
• High quality standards and a passion for delivering results that make our clients go WOW!
• Ability to help with initial client consultations and supporting our management team with estimating would be a bonus.
