Noritori is a Japanese-inspired eatery offering a variety of dishes, including donburi, omurice, Japanese curry, ramen, udon, yaki udon/soba, fried chicken, Korean noodles, side dishes, and sushi rolls (maki). We are looking for an experienced chef who is passionate about Japanese cuisine to join our team.

• Prepare and cook Japanese dishes including donburi, omurice, Japanese curry, ramen, udon, yaki udon/soba, fried chicken, side dishes, and sushi rolls (maki)
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and food cost control
• Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
• Train and supervise kitchen assistants to maintain preparation standards
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand food safety regulations
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef or relevant culinary qualification.
• Sushi preparation experience and knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred

• Strong knife skills and understanding of Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques
• minimun salary: $49000 per year(nagotiable based on skills and experience)
• Types:Full time,Permanent position(minimum 30hours/week)
