Fleet Service Technician

The Role:
We are looking for a Fleet Service Technician to join our Pukekohe team.
As a Fleet Service Technician, you will play an important role in servicing and maintaining our customers’ commercial fleets. This role is primarily focused on truck and farm tyre work, including both on-site fleet servicing and in-store fitting.Some retail and light commercial work will also be required.
You will be representing Keller Tyres on customer sites, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Commercial truck tyre fitting and repairs
- On-site fleet servicing and inspections
- Workshop-based truck and light commercial fitting
- Roadside and call-out work as required
- Accurate job card completion and record keeping
- Delivering excellent customer service on-site and in-store
To Be Successful You Must Have:
- A full, clean New Zealand Driver’s Licence (Class 2 an advantage)
- Experience working around trucks or farm equipment
- Commercial tyre experience preferred (but not essential if mechanically capable)
- The ability to work full-time, including participation in a call-out roster
- Be physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
