We are seeking a positive and inspiring person to join our team as a Service/Workshop Foreman at our Hamilton workshop
Reporting to our Service Manager, this position will lead and supervise a team of Diesel Technicians, manage daily workloads and provide excellent service to our customers.
Our ideal candidate would need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Trade certified Diesel Technician specialising in Road Transport
- A positive outlook and desire to get the best out of your team
- Excellent diagnostic skills and understanding of the NZ Road Transport Industry
- Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
- A focus on driving change for the better for our team members, CAL>Isuzu, and of course our customers
- A high level of personal positivity and the ability and desire to inspire, mentor and grow our people!
