Flooring Installer

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring types, including Hardwood, Laminate, Bamboo, Engineered Timber, SPC/Hybrid. You will work with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide recommendations on the best flooring installation.

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit rooms and spaces accurately
• Install various types of flooring, including Hardwood, Laminate, Bamboo, Engineered Timber, SPC/Hybrid
• Prepare subfloor surfaces for installation
• Repair or replace damaged flooring
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide recommendations on installation
• Keep work areas/Vehicles/Tools clean and organized

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in flooring installation (will be an advantage but not required, full training will be provided) Also knowing to to install carpet and sheet vinyl will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques (desirable)
• Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing surfaces.
• Install trim around the perimeter of rooms and at thresholds.
• Follow manufacturer instructions and specifications for installation.
• Ability to safely use and maintain various installation tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy flooring materials and work on your knees for extended periods

Applicants will also need to hold a full drivers license.
