What we're looking for:- A strong eye for detail - accuracy is your superpower
- Excellent multitasking skills - you keep multiple plates spinning with ease
- Calm under pressure - deadlines don't faze you
- Proactive and process driven
- An understanding of Social Media content creation
- Previous admin or office experience preferred
- Support our busy Real Estate credit recovery team (Mortgagee/High Court sales)
- Manage day-to-day admin tasks and client communications
- Help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
- Enjoy a steady Monday-Friday schedule - this is an office based role
