We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our service based in our Hamilton office. This position provides support to the BreastCare Centre located at Waikato Hospital.Click here to view the position description.About the Team/ServiceBreast Care Centre team provide both the Diagnostic Breast Screening as well as the Breast Screen Aotearoa (BSA) programme providing mammograms every two years for eligible women aged 45-69 years.
There are eight providers covering New Zealand, of which Breast Screen Midland is one. Breast Screen Midland (BSM) covers the geographic boundaries of the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Lakes District regions. BSM currently offers this service from eight fixed sites across the region and is supported by two mobiles that travel around the region providing accessibility for rural women.
