We’re offering a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Omokoroa Country Estate, Tauranga’s most picturesque retirement village. Set across 9 hectares of beautifully maintained, park-like grounds, our village features 154 homes and a range of resort-style amenities including a Village Centre, geothermal pool and gym, library, workshops, and more.

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Gardener to help maintain and enhance the stunning outdoor spaces our residents enjoy every day.

In this role, you will:

Work closely with the Head Gardener and team
Maintain tidy, healthy, and visually appealing grounds year-round
Use a range of gardening equipment and tools
Work both independently and collaboratively
Engage respectfully and positively with older residents

To be successful, you’ll need:

At least 2 years of gardening experience
Good physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
Confidence using gardening equipment
A friendly, respectful attitude and good communication skills
A full NZ driver’s licence
NZ residency or a valid work visa
