About the RoleWe have a full time position available with the mental health and addictions service, for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is keen to join our mental health act facilitator team, based in Hamilton.
This is a high demand position, ideal for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact. You will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, therefore you must be an adaptable person with a willingness to embrace multitasking. Outstanding communication skills are required and confidentiality is essential.
You will also enjoy working to deadlines, and ensuring documentation is precise.You will be required to provide accurate and efficient operation and maintenance of the administration systems and processes that enable the service to deliver quality outcomes for its customers, in particular those activities which enable DAMHS compliance requirements related to the Act.

About the TeamYou will be part of the team who co-ordinate and support activities relating to the legislative requirements of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992 and Criminal Procedures (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act 2003 for services provided for Mental Health and Addiction Services.
