A bit about the role…
In this role not only will you need to have strong personal values which align with ours, you will need a work ethic that is second to none as this will be the true key to your success.
As a Team Member at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone you will have the opportunity to be involved across a broad range of areas and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers.
On a daily basis you will be involved in offering our customers an exceptional in store and after sales service, answering their queries and assisting them with their purchasing decisions, stock integrity, merchandising and improving your product knowledge so you can make the customer experience even better.
Were looking for:
Mitre 10 MEGA Petone is looking for a retail professional with background knowledge of Tools / Power Tools and a customer-focused attitude to take on this full time role.
Ideally the successful candidates will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude!
You will play an essential part in helping our customers select the correct tools for their jobs - whether that be a DIY'er or a Tradie.
For this position we are looking for a candidate who has:- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Previous customer service experience is preferrable
- The ability to build great relationships with our regular customers
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence in making decisions as required
- Confidence using a computer
- An outgoing personality with a positive and friendly manner
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about Power Tools
- You will need a good level of physical fitness, as you will be on your feet during the day.
We are looking for a Full Time Team Member to fill our Tuesday - Saturday roster.
