Join a trusted team where no two days are the same - from classic machines to the latest tech, you'll get hands-on with a diverse fleet of trucks and earthmoving equipment. We're after experienced heavy diesel or truck mechanics ready for a solid workshop role - with career progression into foreman positions available for the right candidates!
What You'll Be Doing- Servicing and repairing trucks, trailers, and earthmoving machinery - from vintage to brand new
- Diagnosing faults (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic) using modern diagnostic gear
- Overhauling engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspensions
- Carrying out preventative maintenance
- Recording all repairs and servicing
- Foreman role: Leading a small team and ensuring workshop quality and efficiency
- Trade-qualified heavy diesel or truck mechanic
- Solid experience with diesel engines, braking systems, hydraulics, and drivelines
- Competent with diagnostic tools and workshop machinery
- Foreman experience or a desire to step into a leadership role
- Strong focus on health, safety, and detail
- Current NZ driver's licence - Class 2 or higher ideal
- $35-$45 per hour - based on experience and role
- Roles available NOW - from mechanics to workshop foreman
