We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will primarily focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, while providing flexibility to support various administrative functions as business needs arise.

• Accounts payable processing, ensuring accurate coding and approval workflows. This will include supplier reconciliations and monthly payable procedures.
• Accounts receivable processing digital payments reconciliation and processing including Amazon USA, and digital/E-Commerce marketplaces.
• Bank Reconciliations across all entities.
• Support and back up for other team members as applicable across Finance and Supply Chain
• Various financial administration matters that may arise across the wider Heilala business.
• Promote food safety and quality in line with company policies
• Promote health and safety in line with company policies.

• Experience in accounts payable and receivable. Familiar with FMCG/Export business environment would be an advantage.
• Relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong skills in Excel and working with various systems. Experience in Xero and Cin7 would be an advantage
• Strong aptitude for learning new systems and digital platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
