Based in Silverdale, with projects across the North Island, your role will assume responsibility for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of modular building projects, canopy systems, and associated building product installations.As the primary point of contact between Stratco, customers and subcontractors, this role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting internal teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
In addition, your scope of variety will encompass;
- Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee site activities, installations, and subcontractor installations to ensure alignment on scope and timelines.
- Maintain a strong onsite presence to support installers and resolve issues in real time.
- Ensure all team members and worksites operate with safety as a non-negotiable priority.
