Stratco is a proudly privately owned Australasian business with over 75 years of excellence in innovation, manufacturing, and customer service within the building industry, with an expanding presence across Australia, New Zealand, and select international markets.

At Stratco, manufacturing is our foundation, but our people are our future.

Based in Silverdale, with projects across the North Island, your role will assume responsibility for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of modular building projects, canopy systems, and associated building product installations.
As the primary point of contact between Stratco, customers and subcontractors, this role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting internal teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
In addition, your scope of variety will encompass;
  • Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee site activities, installations, and subcontractor installations to ensure alignment on scope and timelines.

Accordingly, we’re seeking a Project Manager with proven, hands-on experience delivering modular building, construction, or building product projects from concept through to completion. You bring sharp commercial instincts, clear and confident communication, and a track record of achieving exceptional outcomes—safely, on schedule, and within budget. Equally, you’re an energetic, proactive, can-do operator: someone who anticipates what’s needed, tackles challenges early, and drives projects forward with clarity and composure.

What are you waiting for? Build a career with a company that invests in its people. That’s Stratco.

At Stratco, Safety is paramount, and we take every measure to ensure our team members‘Return Home Safe’.
