Quantity Surveying

This role supports the preparation and management of project costs across residential developments, from early feasibility and estimating through to construction delivery. You will work closely with senior staff, and site-based Construction teams to ensure accurate cost information and effective budget control.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of cost plans, feasibility estimates, and project budgets
- Procurement Support
- Assist with tender reviews
- Assist with cost reporting, budget tracking, and cashflow forecasting
- Track variations, provisional sums, and allowances
- Support progress claims, payment claims, and commercial reporting
- Maintain and update pricing libraries, cost benchmarks, and estimate databases
- Assist in improving estimating accuracy and internal cost management systems
- Assist in monitoring commercial exposure across projects
- 1–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant QS role
- Exposure to residential construction or development projects preferred
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Xero or construction cost systems is an advantage
- Abe to work unsupervised
- Clear progression pathway from Entry to Intermediate QS
