ECE Caregiver (BestStart Highfield)

Our beautiful, purpose-built centre features three well-designed classrooms and inviting outdoor spaces that encourage exploration, curiosity, and connection.
About the Role
We're looking for a caring and dedicated Caregiver to join our close-knit team. You'll support children across all age groups, helping create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and education to our tamariki
- Support teachers across all rooms and help with daily routines
- Engage in meaningful play and learning experiences
- Be flexible and adaptable, ready to jump in where needed
This role offers 27.5–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
About You
You're warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy working with young children, especially infants and toddlers. While an ECE qualification isn't required, experience with children under five is essential. You'll bring initiative, positivity, and a team-focused attitude, thriving in a collaborative environment.
