About your new Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of skilled plumbers, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Lead and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices across residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor project budgets, materials, and labour costs.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure all work meets company and regulatory standards.

• NZ-registered and licenced plumber with a current practising licence.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the plumbing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of New Zealand plumbing codes and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Full NZ driving licence.
