We're looking for a motivated, professional all-rounder to join our team in a dual-role position.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety - splitting their time between customer service/admin tasks and hands-on warehouse work. The position is based in Auckland out of our modern Highbrook head office/warehouse.

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers via phone and email
• Manage the full order process - from receiving orders to final invoicing
• Support the warehouse - including receiving deliveries, picking and packing sales orders
• Maintain an organised and safe work environment

• Previous experience in customer service and office administration
• Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel
• Physically fit - some heavy lifting may be involved from time to time
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Attention to detail, with fast and accurate data entry skills
• Clean full driver's license. A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
