Complete and obtain sign off on all unit standards associated with the programme. Attend all relevant workshops including completion of all pre and post workshop requirements. Completion of all practical components of the programme and all tasking associated with each of the following roles: Meat Packer, Butchery Assistant and Butcher.
Undertake each of the various roles over the course of the programme to ensure they meet all the requirements of the programme.
Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
