Platinum Recruitment are once again pleased to be partnering with this market leader in their search for their Technical Quality Assurance Manager

THE ROLE

You will have technical expertise to help lift overall business knowledge and understanding in terms of food safety and systems management.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE/BE:

• Tertiary quals: Food Science / Operations Business Management
• 5+ years experience in the food industry
• Proven experience in leading/managing technical teams
• Hands on experience leading food safety audits (& BRCGS knowledge)
• Proficient in analysis of relevant data and using accordingly
• An understanding of the FMCG environment eg dairy / meat
