We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Allied Health team at Middlemore Hospital.The OpportunityIn this senior role, youll provide expert physiotherapy assessment and management for people with complex pelvic health needs.
This includes bladder and bowel dysfunction / incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction, a range of gynaecological and colorectal conditions, ante-natal and post-natal, ACC maternal birth injuries and mens health including pre and post-operative prostatectomy pelvic floor care.Working collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team, youll deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care and support our service to continue developing best practice in pelvic health across Counties Manukau.As a Senior Clinician, youll also provide clinical leadershipmentoring and supporting other clinicians, leading quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to teaching, supervision, and research activities that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.About YouYou will be an experienced, self-motivated physiotherapist with:NZ Physiotherapy registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand, holding a current APCAt least 5 years of clinical experience, with minimum 3 years recent experience in comprehensive Pelvic health Physiotherapy clinical work Recognised postgraduate training (ie competency to perform internal examinations).
